I’m Matthew, a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, corrective exercise specialist, senior fitness, balance trainer, and Exercise for Parkinson’s Training from the Brian Grant Foundation.
Tying in with personal I am also a Certified Sleep Coach and help clients with sleep hygiene, circadian rhythm, and understanding the reasons why they may not be getting the quality of sleep desired.
With exercise, I provide you with a personalized training for folks of all ages and physical abilities (NO EQUIPMENT REQUIRED) My unique and holistic approach to fitness training focuses increasing balance, strength training, motor control, to name a few, which help keep you active and able to do the things you love with ones you love for longer.
There’s lots of exercise and training programs out there. I get you the useful parts for you, and leave out the rest.
