I'm Matthew — and I train people who used to be active and want to feel that way again.

After 20 years of training, I specialize in one thing: helping adults 55+ rebuild the strength, posture, and mobility they thought they'd lost for good. No gym-bro workouts. No guesswork. Just smart, joint-friendly training built around your body and your goals.

With exercise, I provide you with a personalized training for folks of all ages and physical abilities (NO EQUIPMENT REQUIRED) My unique and holistic approach to fitness training focuses increasing balance, strength training, motor control, to name a few, which help keep you active and able to do the things you love with ones you love for longer.

There’s lots of exercise and training programs out there. I get you the useful parts for you, and leave out the rest.

About Me

MY NAME IS Matthew

I started personal training twenty years ago, following an interest in health and fitness. Continuing this, I also worked in antiques and collectables, was a stay at home father, then back to helping people full time.
