A few Stretches

In this video you'll learn how to safely stretch out a few muscle groups in a safe and effective manner. Approach each stretch gently in, and away. No jolting movements, and there should be no pain, with the stretch reaching around a '7/10' in feeling. If in doubt err on the side of caution with a light stretch and hold.

This foundational movement is key to many workout programs so you should learn it correctly. Pay attention to your shoulder position- squeeze back and down, head following the line of your back. You should be looking between your hands.
